First he mysteriously gets an artificial liver, and lives but does not change behavior. he should sell his property and use the funds to buy low income housing and give those house away. What a waste of time and effort. IF all the rich people could get together off of the Fortune 500 and chip in some capital, we could buy houses at a discount and then relieve stress for so many poor families in the United States. Come on , your wearing jeans and a black shirt. Now lets move towards solving poverty.

Er, what? Changing your mind about the 14-bed mansion you bought is a "nightmare"? I live in South Africa where a "real-estate nightmare" is when a quarter of the population lives in tin shoeboxes with no water or electricity. Please get some perspective.
