In business school I learned that the most important customer is the existing customer. In a well-run business it costs less to retain a customer than to attract a new one. I wonder why Apple and AT&T chose to SCREW existing customers with the new iPhone pricing structure. Gee. I feel SO appreciated. Thanks much, Apple and AT&T!

Heh… Apple is turning into another Microsoft. Rehash the same stuff, add a few more features, then throw it out as "New and innovative!" Oh, yeah, and charge existing customers a lot more.

Who uses a 3.2 megapixel camera? Oh, that's right, someone using a camera in a phone! Are they serious? They sunk development dollars into that?

And 32GB? When is Apple going to get serious about storage for the iPhone? I refuse to move from the iPod classic until the iPhone can hold at least half my music and video library that is currently stored in my iPod. That's half of 120GB. Come on Apple. Give me a reason to move. I already dumped 1 iPhone because it couldn't cut it. Give me a reason to go back.
