Considering Apple barely sharpened its pencils on Black Friday and given the looming recession, #5 is nothing short of extraordinary.

I wonder how many of those Ebay and Amazon CyberMonday sales were Apple products?

"Busiest" in number of visitors, but that's only a third of the story. Sales are what counts. I visited the Apple web store only to be turned off by its low discounts (though, this is coming from someone who's always advocated "Buy Apple Stock, not Apple Products" for himself)

This is so misleading. It might be true, according to comScore that Apple Inc. as a WHOLE made to the top 5 but it went too far to claim that its "online store still managed to grab #5". If you learn a little more about how comScore collects and report the data, you'll understand Apple Inc. includes all of its properties, itunes, iphones, TV etc. and apple store is only a small protion of its total traffic.

Understand how you all love Apple so much…but truth is truth and it shouldn't be manipulated just because you love it.

The comments made thus far really do highlight the ignorance (or plain stupidity if I were allowed by anti-PC ways) of the general populace.

Apple is article head line because, like one commentator (who some intelligence) has already pointed out, Apple is in the top 5 irrespective of any discount deals.

Broadly speaking, this may be a testament to Apple's success as a brand; the fact that consumers are in denial about the recession; or that the recession may not be as deep as forecasters predict.

Either way, this is probably a good sign. For Apple, for consumers and more the economy.
