Mind you, I am not saying this is abnormal or even really wrong. A lot of presentations do this just to make the product look good (and keep the CEO from chunking it off the stage). Anyone who has presented or demonstrated things in public on any platform can testify to its existence. Apart from that, the reactions of the various people in the clips, including Steve Jobs, to the various problems they encountered seem very mild. If you folks think this is a documentary of rage in action, you need to get a more interesting life! Well, these are nice examples of the "demo effect," I'll admit.
