		<description>That would be why the article listed AMD and SUN as well.. they are trying to reduce heat by using smaller component sizes in processors (45nm vs 70nm) and other chips. Heat has always been a problem for CPU and chip manufacturers, it limits the devices lifetimes and capabilites.  So they have been trying to reduce heat for a long time.. (not just to save the planet, but to make more money!)</description>
