jf: Bias certainly is not my intent. I&#039;m talking with Intel later today, and if they&#039;ve got a problem with the wording based on the facts of the contracts, I&#039;ll alter it. So far, Intel doesn&#039;t appear to be denying that it structured deals that limited PC makers&#039; dealings with competitors. The company seems to be arguing that this is just how the competitive chip business works.</description>
